Cruise Availability System Instructions

Add your Availability for Cruises/Resort Stays

In order to be selected for an AotS Cruise or Resort Stay, you must Register for the Cruises and Resort Stays you are available for. 
Select the cruises and resort stays you are available for using the “Cruises/Resort Stay – LIST” in the Menu.  You will receive an email confirmation for each one you register for.

Each Cruise/Resort Stay you are Registered for will be denoted with a button that reads:
“You are REGISTERED, click here to CANCEL”.

You can view a list of all of the Cruises/Resort Stays you are Registered for by selecting “My Availability - LIST”.

Maintain your Availability

You MUST maintain your availability current. If you become unable to commit to a Cruise/Resort Stay after you Register for one, please “CANCEL” your Registration.

Cancel a Registered Cruise/Resort Stay

To CANCEL your Registration for a Cruise/Resort Stay, select the “You are REGISTERED, click here to CANCEL” button on the “Cruises/Resort Stay – LIST” screen.

Cruise/Resort Stay - Invitations

We begin our selection of staff for each Cruise/Resort Stay, as far out as 6-9 months prior to, and as close to 2 weeks prior to each cruise/resort stay, all depending on staffing needs.  Staffing needs to change frequently based on families booking up until a couple of weeks before each Cruise/Resort Stay.  
Once you are chosen:

  • A contract for the cruise will be sent to you, for you to sign and return.
  • A background check will be conducted by our office.
  • Travel Insurance will need to be acquired by you (at your expense for as little as $20 per cruise for a policy through us).
  • Our office will coordinate all of this with you.
