- Choose your own cruise to be Staff Assisted using the "Request Form" below
- You choose the date on any ship, from any port on either Royal Caribbean, Disney, Carnival, Norwegian or Celebrity Cruise Lines
- ALL Requests are listed and their status is maintained in the list on the Request a Cruise page, enabling you to see which cruises have been requested and how many cabins have been requested
- Guests continue to request cabins for sailings on the list below until minimum number is met
- Cabins DO NOT need to be booked or deposited to request a cruise (Once sailing is approved, cabin deposits will be required then)
- START REQUESTING any future cruise no matter how far into the future it is
- Each Staff Assisted cruise Request needs to ONLY have just 1 guest with spceial needs
- Minimum number of cabins CANNOT include any cabins booked by a Travel Agency (other than AotS)

FAQ's
Do we have to have cabins booked before requesting a Cruise?
- No, but once we approve a sailing you will be required to make a deposit on the cabin(s) you requested.
- You can book your cruise now, BUT YOU MUST Transfer your cruise to AotS within 20 days. Refundable Deposit rates are suggested. If/after the cruise is added to the Staff Assisted schedule, your booking will be moved into the Staff Assisted group. CLICK HERE
How do we get more people to request the same sailing?
- Share with other special needs families
- Reach out to your friends and family (the cabins do not need to have a guest with special needs in them)
- Post your cruise choice on our Community FaceBook Page for others to join you.
How many Guests with Special Needs are Required?
- You can have as few as just one special needs guest among all of the cabins required to satisfy the minimum number of cabins required (so, for example, if you request the minimum 4 cabins, only one special needs guest needs to be in any one of the cabins). So feel free to invite extended family and friends.
Does each cabin have to have a Guest with Special Needs?
- Minimum number of cabins CAN BE booked by extended family and friends, and do not need to include a guest with special needs.
Is there a limit to how many cruises I can Request?
- YES. Each guest/family may only have 3 cruise requests open at any given time. A 4th request will not be honored. You may cancel a request any time, see list above to cancel.
- Only 1 cruise per guest in any given 3 month period is permitted.
How long will a Request stay open?
- Requests that do not attain the minimum number of cabins will be closed approx 3 months prior to sail date or Final Payment date of the cruise line which ever occurs first. Requests will also be closed if/when all cabin requests are canceled by Guests,
Is there a minimum or maximum number of nights the cruise can be?
- Yes, cruises must be at least 4 nights, and a maximum of 14 nights
