NO Service Fee applied Staff Assisted Cruises are open to all Extended Family and Friends (or families/individuals traveling without a guest with special needs).
Extended family and friends MUST be booked with AotS (or Transfer booking to AotS), and will receive the same pricing as they would book direct with the cruise line (our Service Fee is WAIVED for Extended Family & Friends), and they also receive some of the same benefits and services, including dinner seating, group excursions, receive AotS T-Shirts, siblings, and child friends can attend our respite sessions*, etc. How to Book Extended Family & Friends - Booking forms include Guest Type designation

APPLIES to Immediate Family Members: Parents, Caregivers, Guardians, Guests (age 4 and up) with Special Needs, Siblings (age 4 to 17) of Guest with Special Needs.
5+ GUESTS discount applies to the 5th or more Immediate Family members (specified above) as follows: 5th is 50% off, and 6 and up the Service Fee is Waived. Discounts apply to reservations owned by AotS only.
Respite for children with a Diagnosis under 4 years of age require a 1:1 Staff dedicated to them (during respite) to ensure the safety, proper care, and well-being of all guests during respite. Children under 4 years of age without a diagnosis are not permitted in Respite.
Service Fees DO NOT apply to / are not accessed to Friends and Extended Family Members: Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins of Guest with Special Needs, Friends of Guest with Special Needs, Typical Siblings under 4 and 18 or older (unless they are the only guardians travelling with the guest with special needs, up to two guardians will be assessed the Service Fee).
* Reservations that are Transferred to AotS may have an adjusted Service Fee / Contact the AotS office for details
** Adjusted Service Fees will be applied to RCL Casino Promotion Bookings
